1. This website
This site is a reading site. It sets no cookies, runs no trackers, uses no analytics, and has no accounts. If you email us, we receive what any email contains — your address and your words — and use it only to reply.
2. Your manuscripts and stories
Work you submit to a Greenhouse system is used for one purpose: delivering the service you asked for. We do not sell it, share it, or use it to train anything. When a read or edit is complete, your deliverables are yours to keep and the working copies are not retained beyond what the engagement requires.
3. Veterans' rooms
What is said in a veteran's room is sealed in that room: no summaries to staff, no reports to family, no exceptions except those the law itself requires. A veteran's story is shared only by the veteran's own choice, at completion.
4. The technology
Our systems are built on Anthropic's Claude models. Manuscript sessions run under commercial terms that do not use your content to train models. Where any platform setting affects your work's handling, we choose the protective option and say so plainly.
